Salon Reopen: Online Booking Process & Terms

To all our lovely clients

WPR will be re-opening on 4 August. You can now book your appointments with our online booking system. 

Below we have detailed the process regarding how to book your appointments at WPR. This blog contains all of the links for you to access the booking system and get your much-missed treatments booked in.

How will it work

  • To access the booking system please click here. 
  • Choose your treatment, time, and therapist, you will be taken to a check out page, payment will be taken via a secure gateway and confirmation sent to you via email.
  • A text message will be sent 2 days before your appointment as a reminder.
  • You will then be sent the relevant documentation including ‘Covid Return to Salon Declaration Form’ which has to be signed and returned prior to appointment. If we have not received this, we will not be able to provide the treatment on your arrival to the salon.

Booking terms

  • We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
  • Please be on time. Late arrival may result in treatment time being cut short or cancelled.
  • Minimum booking time is 1 hour. You can combine treatments to make the most out of your salon visit.

Moving Forward: Online Consultation

1. Treatment Preparation & Patch Test

  • Moving forward all consultations and treatment preparation will be carried out virtually between you and your therapist online. It will take place via a video link from the comfort of your own home.
  • After an initial online consultation with your Therapists, we will send you all the relevant paperwork, to fill out and send back to us prior to your appointment.
  • Any patch test requirements will be discussed in consult and sent to you to carry out at home.

Following forms must be completed and returned to salon.

  • Consultation Form
  • GDPR Consent
  • Covid Return to Salon Declaration Form

It will be a mandatory requirement that these forms be returned to us prior to your visit in salon for the appointment to proceed.

2. Your Online Consultation 

  • You can book online by clicking here.   
  • Once you have booked your appointment online with your chosen therapist, you will be sent your confirmation of appointment of booking, followed by a second email containing your documents and  Zoom link to access your online consultation.

Facial Programme Clients?

For all clients looking to book in their much-loved Facial or those who have current Facial packages running with us. My advice would be to book a Get Back To Salon Consult with your Therapist to discuss an action plan moving forward, so you and your Therapist are ready for action as soon as you arrive at the salon.
