A: This could because the therapist is already booked due to the restricted hours and staff capacity we are operating. It could also because we are implementing a ‘treatment bubble’ protocol in the salon, whereby a therapist will stay in her assigned treatment room to minimise contact and keep social distancing.

A: The prices have now increased reflecting the additional cost to the business due to the new guidelines and restrictions. We haven’t increased our prices for the past 3 years, however we have to review the services now and charge accordingly due to the extra increase in the cost.
We would like to reassure you, that we have taken full measures to provide you with a Covid secure salon. We also have the extra benefit of lots of FREE Parking, at the salon to make your experience stress free and convenient.
A: We are operating with reduced opening hours and staff capacity to run in line with the guidelines. This unfortunately means that we must restrict some of the services that we have in the past. So we are not currently offering massage until we get up and running and back to full staff capacity. We’ll let our clients know once we are offering massages. A: We have added 15mins to each booking to allow us extra time to follow up a thorough cleaning protocol in the treatment room after each client. This means your appointment may show as 1 hour in our online booking system, but 45mins would be your regular treatment time and 15 mins would be salon turn around time.
A: For all clients who have current Facial or Body packages running with us, please book a Get Back To Salon Consult (Free of Charge) with your Therapist to discuss an action plan moving forward, so you and your Therapist are ready for action as soon as you arrive at the salon.
A: All B-Tox clients, please ensure you have booked a Prescription appointment with our Aesthetic Nurse to renew your script prior to any treatment booking. The next Prescription date will be Tuesday, 4th August. Please click here to book your appointment online.
A: While members of the public must wear face covering in shops and supermarkets from 24 July in England, government officials have confirmed that face covering do not need to be worn by the public in beauty salons, hairdressers or other close contact services. These settings already have extensive protective measures in place including hand washing, screens, visors and social distancing. Clients may wear face covering if they wish.
A: The value of the voucher or remaining value (if used previously) will be honoured and we can convert this to a monitory value. We currently cannot take voucher payments through our booking system yet, although this is something we are looking to do.
