Salon Reopen: Updated Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms

  • All appointments will need to be pre-booked. No walk-ins.
  • We encourage clients to book their appointment using our online booking system as much as possible. Click here to get access to our online booking sytem.
  • All appointments will have to be paid for in advance before your appointment, this can also be done securely through our online booking system.
  • Please aim to book 1 hour service by combining treatments. This is to consolidate your services so that you can make the most of your salon visit while minimising contact.
  • Add-on Services are not to be booked on its own. It must be combined with at least one full service.
  • All consent forms related to your booking and COVID Health Declaration must be filled and signed online minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to sign the consent forms in time may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 48-Hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel your appointment, if you must cancel beyond this period, unfortunately your appointment payment is non-refundable. 
  • No-show appointments will not be refunded.

Virtual Consultations

Moving forward all consultations and treatment preparation will be carried out virtually between you and your therapist online. It will take place via a video link from the comfort of your own home.

Available Virtual Consultations

  1. Online Skin Consultation: For any clients who would like to take their skin to the next level!
  2. Customer Retail Plans: For any clients who need personalised advice on results-driven pharmaceutical graded skincare regime.
  3. Tailored Treatment Programme: Bring the professional therapist and salon treatment to your home. You will access to your own virtual therapist and ‘how to’ resources.
  4. Back to Salon Programme: For clients who have existing courses with us to discuss plans moving forward
  5. New Client Consultation: For any new customers looking for skincare, body contouring, aesthetic services. Choose from:
    • General Skin & Body
    • Diode Laser / IPL Hair Removal
    • Permanent Cosmetics & Scalp Tattooing
    • Aesthetics Injectables
    • Removal (Skin Tag, Vein, Tattoo Removal)

Virtual Consultation Terms

  • You will be sent with a Zoom Link prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • The Zoom call will be recorded and stored in our secured platform. The record will be used as a reference for us to review your treatment requirement and progress to ensure we provide you with the personalised results-driven services.
  • After an initial online consultation with your Therapists, we will send you all the relevant paperwork, to fill out and send back to us prior to your appointment.
  • Any patch test requirements will be discussed in consultation and sent to you to carry out at home.
  • The Non-obligation Consultation will be charged at £25 a session.
  • The cost of the consultation is not deductible to treatments.
  • The cost of the consultation will not be refunded if you decide not to go ahead with the treatment after the session.

Guest Arrival & Reception

  • Please be on time! Late arrival will result in treatment cut short or cancelled.
  • Please only bring essentials items with you. All belongings must be kept with you throughout the duration of your appointment.
  • Health screening checks and temperature will be taken on arrival.
  • We will provide hand sanitiser which must be used on entry to the salon, and every time you enter and leave the bathroom.
  • We will not be serving refreshments, hot or cold. No food will be allowed to be eaten on the premises. If you would like a drink, please bring your own. We can provide disposable cups for emergency use. You will be required to take all rubbish with you.
  • We will no longer be able to offer magazines in the salon.
  • Our waiting area will no longer be available. Please turn up for your appointment on time so that you can be escorted to your treatment bubble swiftly and on time.
  • Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area / room to avoid congestion.
  • We ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where possible
  • Where possible, clients will need to attend the salon alone, with the exception of carers, parent or guardian.
  • No babies/young children will be allowed in the salon until further notice
  • We can no longer accept pets being bought into the salon.

Course Booking

  • All clients who are having existing courses with us, please book a Get Back To Salon Consult (Free of Charge) with your Therapist to discuss an action plan moving forward, so you and your Therapist are ready for action as soon as you arrive at the salon. 
  • Course bookings are currently not available via online platform. We are working on this now and should be able to resolve this shortly.

Gift Vouchers

  • The expiration date of WPR Gift vouchers is 12 months after purchase.
  • The value of the voucher or remaining value (if used previously) will be honoured and we can convert this to a monitory value. 
  • Currently we are unable to take voucher payments through online booking system yet, although this is something we are looking to do.

Our current opening hours:

  • Tuesday: 1pm – 8pm
  • Thursday: 10am – 7pm
  • Friday: 10am – 5pm

Hours and treatment capacity will be reviewed and updated in line with the latest guidelines.
