Salon Reopen: Current Services & Price Increase

Updated Service Menu

We are operating with reduced opening hours and staff capacity to run in line with the guidelines. This unfortunately means that we must restrict some of the services that we have in the past been able to offer at this current time.

Our treatment menu has been devised to maximise as much availability and appointment options as possible. We have divided our services into our core menu and then our add on services. This will mean that when booking our add on menu can only be accessed when combined with a service form our core menu.

Updated Price List

Please be aware that we have also increased our prices, we have not increased our prices for the past 3 years, however we have now had to review our services and charge accordingly due to the extra increase in cost to the business.

We will also have to insist that all bookings are pre booked and where possible made online using our online platform. All appointments will have to be paid for in advance before your appointment, this can also be done securely through our online booking system. We require 48 hours’ notice, if you need to cancel your appointment, if you must cancel beyond this period, unfortunately your appointment payment is non-refundable. We also cannot refund payments on appointment where clients do not attend.

We would like to reassure you, that we have taken full measures to provide you with a COVID secure salon, with private treatment areas, and easy access to the salon via a booking system to make your experience safe and as convenient as possible.

We also have the extra benefit of lots FREE parking at the salon to make your experience stress free and convenient.

Our focus is to still provide you with a high-quality service, with customer care always being placed at the forefront of the services we provide.

I hope that you see this as a positive step forward. Please understand that these changes have had to take place due to the current guidelines that have been enforced.
