Updated COVID-19 Statement

Given the unprecedented situation, WPR would let you know what we are doing to help keep our clients and our staff as safe as possible.

We have a duty of care to all our clients and all our staff. We are committed to following official guidance from the government, ensuring all our policies and procedures reflect the best available information and advice.

Salon Opening

WPR Beauty is currently open as normal.

During this time of uncertainty, our reception will make personal calls to confirm your bookings. We would urge our clients to let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to come in for your appointment.

We are closely monitoring and reviewing the development of event, and communication will be made should further changes occur.

Keep Our Salon Safe

We pride ourselves on high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the business, and we have been following government guidelines closely. We have implemented following measures to keep our salon safe:

  • Couches: We will remove the use of towels on couches and individual couch covers will be used in every treatment room. The couch surface will be dis-infected after every treatment
  • Personal Protective Equipment and clothing will be worn where appropriate by therapists. This will include but not limited to gloves, aprons, masks.
  • Extensive cleaning procedures are implemented to dis-infect surfaces, door handles, and working area.
  • Hygiene facilities for clients: when you arrive for treatments at WPR, please change to slippers provided. Please also wash your hands with soap and water for more than 20 seconds upon arrival and leaving. Hand sanitiser will also be available throughout the salon

PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF INFECTION

If you (or close family members that you are in physical contact with) have been to any of the affected areas in the past 14 days, or showing any of the symptoms (Cough, Difficulty in breathing, Fever), please make contact with us on 01277 633907 prior to your next scheduled appointment. Gift Vouchers

As a gesture of good will, we will extend the expiration dates of our gift vouchers to 12 months after the date of purchase. We would like to reassure you that your vouchers will be valid if you are unable to use them within 6 months due to self-isolation.
